What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 20, 2021. The Tenant must move out by June 20, 2021 and pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by June 20, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
