The previous order SOL-22157-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 4, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,845.71 plus $29.59 per day starting August 25, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 4, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
