What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act in the rental unit or residential complex. The Landlord alleged that the Tenant stole items from the Landlord's garage, which the Landlord had given the Tenant access to.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 18, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $201 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owed by July 18, 2021, the Tenant will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by July 18, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
