What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The parties consented to the order in full and final satisfaction of all issues.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 3, 2024. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $16,986.00. If the Tenants fail to pay by February 3, 2024, they will start owing interest at 7% per annum on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by February 3, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
