The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 3, 2024. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $16,986.00. If the Tenants fail to pay by February 3, 2024, they will start owing interest at 7% per annum on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by February 3, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
