The ruling

The Tenant has abandoned the rental unit. The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 22, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
