What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on October 8, 2020 with respect to application NOL-39997-20.
The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $5,364.08 on or before September 26, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing on or before November 15, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. For the 12-month period commencing on October 1, 2021, and ending on September 1, 2021, the Tenant shall pay the rent on or before the due date: the first day of each month. If the Tenant fails to make any payment in accordance with the order, the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
