The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,180.39 plus $30.43 per day starting February 1, 2022 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 15, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
