What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 28, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $3,673.51, which includes rent arrears and application filing costs, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay $34.52 per day for use of the unit starting December 18, 2021 until move-out. If the full amount is paid by December 28, 2021, the eviction order will be void.
