What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 7, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,275 in rent arrears and costs, plus $32.88 per day in compensation for use of the unit from August 28, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 7, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
