What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (NOL-43018-21) issued on January 20, 2022. The Tenants failed to pay $1,315.60 rent on or before January 1, 2022, as required by the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2022. Tenants must pay $7,623.30 to Landlords, representing rent owing up to February 4, 2022, plus $43.25 per day from February 5, 2022 until they move out. If full payment is not made by February 15, 2022, Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting February 16, 2022.
