What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board on September 9, 2021 with respect to application SWL-46547-20. The Tenant failed to pay $150 towards the arrears and the full monthly rent on or before October 1, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by December 4, 2021. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $6,747.11, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the costs related to the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 4, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
