The previous order (TNL-23152-20) issued on November 20, 2020 is cancelled and replaced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,609.50 in rent arrears and $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 2, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
