What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent.

The ruling

The parties agreed that the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,981.00 in arrears of rent and costs by November 25, 2020 and December 25, 2020, and pay the December 2020 rent by December 15, 2020. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and for the payment of any new arrears of rent.
