What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 31, 2022. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $3,758.02, which includes rent arrears up to July 31, 2022 and the cost of the application, minus the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 13, 2022, they will start owing interest at 4% annually on the outstanding balance.
