If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by August 31, 2022 and pay the Landlord $9,966.06, plus daily compensation of $41.60 from June 21, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. The Board granted a short postponement of the eviction to allow the Tenant time to make arrangements.
