What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 12, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,606.53 for damages, $9,785.32 for compensation for use of the unit, and $175 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not vacate by April 12, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
