The previous order SWL-41346-20-RV is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by June 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,870.76, plus $35.03 per day starting June 17, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
