What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring the Tenants, who were superintendents, to vacate the rental unit when their employment ended. The application was resolved by a previous order, but the Landlord requested a review of that order.

The ruling

The Landlord's application is dismissed. The Tenants did not enter into a tenancy agreement with respect to the superintendent's premises, so their tenancy cannot be terminated because the Tenant's work as a superintendent assisting his son ended.
