What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must move out by February 27, 2023. If not vacated by then, Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting February 28, 2023. The eviction order expires on August 31, 2023, if not filed with the Sheriff by that date.
