The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $41.10 per day for use of the unit from October 4, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by October 3, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
