What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 3, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $41.10 per day for use of the unit from October 4, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the unit is not vacated by October 3, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
