What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Landlord's need for personal use of the rental unit. The Tenant challenged the Landlord's professed intent, stating the Landlord merely wants to rent out the unit at a higher rent.

The Landlord's application is dismissed. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $763.50, which was given by the Landlord as the required compensation under s. 48.1.
