What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 13, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $7,069.20, which includes compensation for use of the unit from August 1, 2020 to the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 13, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
