What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and the Landlord requiring possession of the rental unit for personal use. The application was resolved by an order issued on October 14, 2021. The Tenant requested a review of that order, which was referred to a hearing. The Landlord subsequently submitted an Advance Resolution Request to withdraw the applications, and the Landlord and Tenant confirmed their consent to withdraw the review request and the underlying order based on an agreement between the parties to fully and finally resolve all issues between them.
