What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated based on an agreement between the Landlords and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 30, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting January 31, 2023.
