What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to allegations that the Tenant's dog is aggressive and unattended, as well as allegations of harassment, intimidation and threats made by the Tenant. The Landlord does not live in the residential complex.

The Landlord's application is dismissed. The Landlord failed to prove on a balance of probabilities that the Tenant's dog seriously impaired the safety of another person, or that the Tenant's alleged harassment, intimidation and threats seriously impaired the safety of another person.
