The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,176.05 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $24.72 per day in compensation starting November 5, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 15, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
