What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent and persistent late payment of rent. The parties consented to the order at the hearing.

The ruling

The L1 application is discontinued because the Tenants have paid all rent owing up to September 30, 2021. The Tenants will pay the monthly rent to the Landlord as and when due, being the 1st of the month, for the 12-month period beginning October 1, 2021. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenants, apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
