The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 25, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,864.83 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $25.87 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 15, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 25, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
