What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant requested a repayment plan, stating she is a single mother of four children and has been a tenant for 8.5 years.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,551.65 in arrears of rent and costs according to a repayment schedule. If the Tenant fails to make any of the scheduled payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
