What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's behavior substantially interfering with the Landlord's or another tenant's reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex and lawful rights, privileges and interests.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 13, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $664.02 in compensation for use of the unit from April 3, 2021 to September 2, 2021, and an additional $4.34 per day from September 3, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 13, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
