What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant had been ordered to not have further disturbances, particularly noises that would disturb other tenants, but the Landlord received complaints about the Tenant's disruptive behavior on February 9 and 10, 2022.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by March 13, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186, which represents the costs related to the previous application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 13, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
