What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $25,636.16 plus $77.26 per day starting February 17, 2021 until the Tenants vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 27, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
