What happened

The ruling
Order EAL-93433-21 issued on January 26, 2021 is set aside. The Tenants are given a second chance to maintain the tenancy and pay the outstanding arrears of $15,319 in installments by October 15, 2021. If the Tenants fail to make the payments, the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
