What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue with this application up to the day of the hearing, and requested an order on consent.

The ruling

The parties reached a consent order where the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,286 in arrears by June 1, 2024 in installments, and continue to pay new rent on time. If the Tenant defaults on the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
