What happened

The ruling

The parties reached a consent order where the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,286 in arrears by June 1, 2024 in installments, and continue to pay new rent on time. If the Tenant defaults on the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
