What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 4, 2024. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,156.49 plus $50.96 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 25, 2024 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 4, 2024, they will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
