What happened
Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex. The Landlord served an N12 notice to terminate the tenancy for personal use and informed the Tenants that a real estate agent would be coming to take photos of the home.
The ruling
The Tenants' application is dismissed.
