The ruling

The tenant must pay the landlord $6,860.15 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $38.60 per day in compensation starting July 16, 2021 until the tenant vacates. If the tenant pays $7,676.00 on or before July 26, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
