What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $16,686.00 by March 31, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by March 31, 2023, and pay $14,188.16 plus $32.88 per day from February 17, 2023, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting April 1, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
