What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to pay lawful monthly rent for October 2022 on or before October 12, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling
