What happened

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,428.71, which includes rent arrears up to February 4, 2022 and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $66.18 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 5, 2022 until the Tenant moves out.
