What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent arrears as specified in a previous order. The Tenants did not meet the conditions of the previous order to pay the arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 14, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $10,263.73 plus $52.60 per day starting May 4, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 14, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
