What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act by assaulting another tenant in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 3, 2021, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 3, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
