What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,352.66 by June 30, 2022 or $4,199.66 by July 10, 2022 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $3,102.01 and vacate the unit by July 10, 2022.
