The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 22, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,856.85 in rent arrears and $14.53 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting August 12, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 22, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
