What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid the rent owing prior to the hearing, but did not pay the application filing fee.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay by November 10, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
