What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 4, 2020. The Tenant must pay $327.83 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $19.31 per day starting September 24, 2020 until move-out, and $175 application fee. If the Tenant pays $735 by September 30, 2020 or $1,258 by October 4, 2020, the eviction order can be voided and the tenancy can continue.
