What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated as of December 14, 2020. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,914.53 in daily compensation for use of the rental unit from November 1, 2020 to December 14, 2020. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 31, 2021, the Tenant will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
