What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,973.85, plus $39.45 per day starting July 20, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
