The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $3,903.50 in rent arrears and application filing cost according to a specified payment schedule. If the Tenants fail to make any of the scheduled payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall continue to pay the monthly rent on time after the payment schedule is completed.
