The ruling
The Co-op Member's occupancy rights terminated effective August 30, 2014. The Co-op Member is ordered to pay the Co-op $1,350.33, which includes the rent arrears up to August 30, 2014 and the application filing fee, less the damage deposit. If the full amount is not paid by October 12, 2014, the Co-op Member will owe interest on any unpaid amount starting October 13, 2014.
